Grant funding gets audited. OpsNGO is built so the figures in it hold up, and so each person can change only what their role allows.

  • Each organisation is walled off in the database

    Row-level security keeps one NGO's projects, expenses and participants out of every other NGO's reach. It is enforced by the database, not just hidden in the interface.

  • Roles the database enforces

    Admins, financial managers, project managers and auditors each get the access in the table, and nothing more.

  • Totals nobody can type over

    A project's grant total is calculated on the server when it is created, and its spent figure is recalculated from approved expenses only.

  • Joining is by approval

    Asking to join an organisation grants no access until one of its admins approves the request and chooses the role.

  • Receipts stay private

    Uploaded receipts are kept in private storage and opened through short-lived links.

  • Partner links you control

    Partner portal links are stored only as a hash, expire, and can be revoked at any time.
