OpsNGO ("the Service") is provided to NGOs and their staff for administering Erasmus+, ESC, and OFAJ grant projects. By creating an account or joining an organization on the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
Project, budget, participant, and financial records you enter belong to your organization. Access within an organization is governed by the role your administrator assigns you (Organization Admin, Project Manager, Financial Manager, or Auditor). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data, including participant data collected for mobility grants.
You agree not to use the Service to store data you are not authorized to hold, to attempt to access another organization's data, or to interfere with the Service's operation.
The Service is provided during an active development and closed-beta period. Grant calculations and generated reports should be independently verified before submission to a National Agency. This section will be replaced with formal warranty and liability terms following legal review.
